RETURN POLICY

1. Each Riotveil article is produced in limited quantity.
2. Returns are accepted only for items with manufacturing defects or wrong shipments.
3. To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email, providing your order number and clear photos.
4. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with tags and original packaging.
5. Once inspected and approved, we will issue an exchange or refund within 14 working days.
6. Riot Veil reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
7. All sales on limited releases or marked “final sale” are non-returnable.
